How much does house cleaning cost in South San Francisco?
Regular cleanings start at $150 for a one-bedroom, one-bath home. Beyond that, it depends on the size of your home, its condition and how often you want us to come. We give you a flat price up front after a quick call or a look at the form — never an hourly rate that grows on the day. Recurring clients (weekly or bi-weekly) pay less per visit than one-time cleanings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our South San Francisco clients are at work while we clean. You can leave a key, a code or let us in and head out; we lock up when we finish.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team brings professional products and equipment. If you prefer specific products for allergies, pets or surfaces, tell us and we will use yours.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Rosalein Cleaning Services is a licensed and insured company. Your home and belongings are protected while we work.
What does the satisfaction guarantee mean?
If you are not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge. If we still cannot make it right, we refund that cleaning.
Do you do move-out cleaning for apartments and rentals?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleanings are one of our most requested services in South San Francisco, Daly City and San Bruno, including inside appliances, cabinets, blinds and windows so the unit passes inspection.
